If you need to use a Post Office Box as your delivery point we need to check freight costs with Australia Post for some destinations. Please email us first before ordering if the weight is above 1kg.
Delivery Address
A Signature is required for deliveries.
It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is likely to be home during business hours. If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, you will be charged a second delivery fee. Alternatively you may authorise us to leave your goods at a particular place by typing in a special request in the comments box in the
shipping area of the checkout.
E.G. If no one is home please leave at the front door.
Failure of Delivery
Vitamin Select is not responsible for failure of delivery of an order by Star Track Express after dispatch. Allow one to three days for delivery.

Freight costs may very depending on weight and volume. If your order exceeds the maximum weight for the $12.00 freight, we will contact you via the email address supplied prior to your order being dispatched. Please ensure that your email address is valid for contacting you.

Customers may pick their products up from the office with no freight costs.
We will notify you by email when your products are ready for pickup.

The shop is open from 11am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
If you purchase products outside the Vitamin Select website then those products will be shipped from that supplier.

Also where possible we will try to subsidise shipping costs outside
